Lanvin hires new creative director, Bouchra Jarrar, whose first collection is expected to show spring/summer 2017.
The French fashion house has confirmed that they have brought in Bouchra Jarrar in place of Alber Elbaz. Jarrar is its new creative director and joins the company having had her own couture label. Chief executive officer Michele Huiban revealed that Jarrar’s talent, high standards and mastery of cuts and fabrics will bring both modernity and freshness to the fashion house. Jarrar’s first collection is expected to show for Lanvin spring/summer 2017.
